Dunnottar Castle

Dunnottar Castle
A very well-known view from the approach to the castle, sweeping curved lines of the paths leading to the castle and adjacent beach.
Hardly an original location, but when it's the only place in the country where it's not raining, it has to be done.
Even on a dull day it looked impressive - if anything, the mist and distant sea haar merging into the sky lend something to the atmosphere.
