As castles go, this one has been photographed to death and beyond. By day, by night, from near, from afar...
So in a bid to make something original from the scene, I flew the droneybird around the castle in a couple of point-of-interest orbits, accumulating 200 frames from which I used WebODM (OpenDroneMap) to build a 3D model, giving me the flexibility to re-light and tweak the camera position and angles and parameters to my heart's content in Blender afterwards.
So this is the result - shot in the middle of a dull sunday afternoon, looks like a foggy night instead :)
