Waxing crescent moon setting over Sgiath Chùil
A couple of days ago I checked in Stellarium and noted the time would be ripe for a fine crescent moon setting toward dusk. While driving home from a day exploring the west coast, I remembered, checked in the rear view mirror, found the nearest place to park and waited.
Simple things: the crescent moon against a pale gradient of fading blue and orange sky, with the outlines of Sgiath Chuil and another mountain silhouetted in the foreground.
